These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 768bt ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the 768bt website at https://768bt.app, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and support channels.

By completing the 768bt registration process, by logging into an existing 768bt account, by making a deposit, by placing a bet or wager, or by accessing any game or feature on the 768bt platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

768bt reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via a prominent notice on the 768bt platform and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the 768bt platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

If you do not agree to these Terms — or to any updated version of these Terms — you must stop using the 768bt platform immediately and contact [email protected] to request account closure. 768bt will process any such request in accordance with Section 7 (Account Closure & Suspension) of these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 768bt Privacy Policy and the 768bt Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 768bt. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other 768bt policy document, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Use of the 768bt platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 768bt enforces a strict minimum age of 18 years for all account holders without exception.
• You are accessing 768bt voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes and are not acting as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 768bt or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction currently active on the 768bt platform or imposed by any recognised responsible gaming authority.
• You have not previously had a 768bt account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

768bt employs age verification procedures to identify and prevent underage gambling. These procedures may include requesting government-issued identification documents such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to a withdrawal, or at any other time at 768bt's sole discretion.

Any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method used for deposit after deducting any bonuses claimed and any winnings generated. 768bt reserves the right to withhold all winnings generated by an underage player.

To access the full range of 768bt services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits — you must create a registered 768bt account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.

One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one 768bt account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. 768bt uses technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any balances or winnings associated with them may be forfeited.

Accurate Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and up to date. 768bt is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player, including failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect payment details.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 768bt login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted on your 768bt account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. Two-Factor Authentication: 768bt offers two-factor SMS authentication as an additional layer of account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable this feature from within their account settings following 768bt Login. 768bt is not liable for losses resulting from account access by unauthorised third parties where two-factor authentication was available but not enabled by the player.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on 768bt is ৳200 via bKash or Nagad. Deposits are credited to your 768bt account balance within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. 768bt does not charge processing fees on standard BDT deposits via bKash or Nagad. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on the processing times of the originating bank.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within one hour of submission during standard operating hours (BST timezone). Withdrawal requests submitted outside of peak hours may take up to 24 hours to process. 768bt reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals are only permitted to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same 768bt account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder are strictly prohibited.

Currency: All transactions on 768bt are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied by 768bt to standard BDT transactions. Players using international card methods (Visa, Mastercard) should be aware that their card issuer may apply foreign transaction fees independently of 768bt.

Fraud Prevention: 768bt monitors all financial transactions for signs of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime. 768bt reserves the right to delay, suspend, or permanently block any withdrawal request that triggers its automated fraud detection systems, pending investigation. In such cases, 768bt will contact the account holder at the registered email address within 24 hours.

768bt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and these general conditions, the specific offer terms shall take precedence.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonuses credited to a 768bt account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any portion of the bonus balance — or winnings derived from bonus funds — can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each individual offer's terms and conditions page on 768bt.

One Bonus Per Player: Only one welcome bonus or new player promotion may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same promotional offer more than once — including by registering multiple accounts — constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically expressed in days from the date of credit. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that have not been used before the expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice or compensation. It is the player's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates within their account.

Game Contribution: Different game types on 768bt contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates (commonly 10%–20%) or may not contribute at all toward bonus wagering requirements. Promotional Integrity: 768bt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. 768bt also reserves the right to reverse any bonus credited as a result of a technical error or system fault.

As a registered player on 768bt, you agree to comply with all of the following obligations at all times during your use of the platform. Breach of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of account balances at 768bt's sole discretion.

Lawful Use Only: You agree to use the 768bt platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform to facilitate, assist, or engage in any activity that is illegal under the laws applicable to you, including money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any form of financial crime.

No Automated Tools: You must not use any software, bot, script, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or any other automated system to interact with the 768bt platform in any way — including for the purpose of placing bets, playing games, collecting data, or circumventing security systems. All use of the 768bt platform must be conducted manually by the human account holder.

No Collusion or Cheating: Collusion with other players, match-fixing, use of insider information, or any other form of cheating or unfair advantage in connection with 768bt betting markets or casino games is strictly prohibited. 768bt cooperates with game providers and regulatory bodies to identify and report such activity.

Respectful Conduct: You agree to treat 768bt support staff and other platform users with respect at all times. Abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory communications directed at 768bt staff or other players — whether via live chat, email, or any other channel — will result in immediate account suspension.

No Unauthorised Access: You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the 768bt platform, including other players' accounts, 768bt back-end systems, game servers, or payment processing infrastructure. Any such attempt will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your 768bt account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 72 hours of receipt. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements and any applicable withdrawal restrictions.

Account Suspension by 768bt: 768bt reserves the right to suspend any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) money laundering or other financial crime; (d) use of automated tools or cheating software; (e) provision of false personal information; (f) underage gambling; or (g) any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the 768bt platform or its players.

Permanent Closure by 768bt: Following investigation of a suspended account, 768bt may proceed to permanently close the account. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or underage gambling, 768bt reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with the account. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly suspended or closed may appeal by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of the suspension or closure notice.

Dormant Accounts: A 768bt account that has not been logged into for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. 768bt reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, which will be deducted from any remaining account balance. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees begin to apply. Any account with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be permanently closed without further notice.

Platform Availability: 768bt strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. The 768bt platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, third-party service provider outages, or force majeure events. 768bt accepts no liability for losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime or service interruptions.

Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error, software fault, or system malfunction affecting a game result, bet settlement, or balance calculation on 768bt, the platform reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. 768bt is not liable to pay out winnings that are the direct result of a technical error, regardless of whether the error benefited or disadvantaged the player.

Third-Party Game Providers: The games and betting markets available on 768bt are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others. 768bt is not liable for technical faults, game interruptions, or result errors caused by third-party game providers. Such issues should be reported to [email protected] and 768bt will liaise with the relevant provider on the player's behalf.

Consequential Loss: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 768bt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the 768bt platform, even if 768bt has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, and loss of goodwill.

Maximum Liability: Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, 768bt's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to 768bt in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Player Acknowledgment: By using the 768bt platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You accept full personal responsibility for any losses incurred while using 768bt. 768bt strongly encourages all players to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings to manage their gambling activity proactively.
